Butter! Whaaaat! Don't worry, of course I don't use butter in this recipe but I can tell you, the taste is like cauliflower in butter, creamy, filling, simply delicious. Also tastes delicious with broccoli ;) I used kombu seaweed for this recipe, but any type of seaweed will work.
