I have the feeling that fennel is often forgotten. It's just not the standard vegetable that you put in your salad every day, like cucumbers, tomatoes and zucchini ;) At least that's how I feel. But whenever I remember that fennel is actually really great, I look forward to it. The fennel gives this bowl a very special, even medicinal note.
