This dressing is so special in taste! The capers add a very special touch. There are raw capers, unfortunately they are often pickled in vinegar or contain salt. If this bothers you, you can rinse the capers thoroughly with water before use. I love this dressing with simple salads but it is also so delicious as a dip for wraps, vegetable sticks or sushi rolls.
