Once again, it's ridiculously simple, but that's exactly what I love about raw food! The coriander can of course be replaced with any other herbs, but then the dressing won't be called coriander mango dressing anymore ;) If that's OK with you, then try chives, basil, thyme, etc. It really goes with any salad.
