Late summer means plum season π€© I'm not actually the biggest plum fan, I would always prefer juicy peaches, nectarines, apricots, etc. BUT, this plum cake reminds me of my childhood, my mother always made it with yeast dough and served it with lots of cream π My version is much healthier and much tastier! Who needs white, dry wheat flour, refined sugar and a load of hormones in the cream?? It can be done better - much better π
